DURING

Sports massage can be tailored to target specific areas of the body where you have pain, tightness, or muscle imbalances.

Sports massage involves a combination of techniques, including Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), deep tissue and joint mobilization and trigger point therapy. These techniques aim to promote soft tissue healing, release muscle tension, increase blood flow and promote relaxation.

 AFTER

After the session, the therapist will provide recommendations for self-care, such as stretching exercises, heat or ice application, or lifestyle tips to optimize the benefits of the massage.
