Our mission is to empower individuals with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries to regain their mobility and improve their overall quality of life. We strive to provide top-notch quality physiotherapy through a range of medical services and a collaborative approach with ANOC Medical Center in Bangsar.

HOUSTON tee jing yong
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Tee Jing Yong worked as physiotherapist for 5 years. He started at Hospital Lam Wah Ee which is a charity private hospital in Penang for almost 2 years. He has been exposed to various musculoskeletal, post surgical cases, stroke, post-operative heart condition patients. He is good at planning exercise programs for patients to accelerate patients’ rehabilitation process. He also gave talk about ‘Spine and Back Care” for the engineers in Greatech (Penang) in order to reduce risk of work-related injury. In 2019, he is certified as pioneer batch of Schroth Method Practitioner (Germany) in Malaysia. Since then, he helped more than 100 patients with scoliosis and stayed away from surgery throughout patient's puberty. In 2023, he certified as Occupation, Safety and Health Trainer under (NIOSH) and became HRDC trainer.
WU SZE JEN
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Wu Sze Jen worked as physiotherapist for 5 years. She started at Hospital Lam Wah Ee which is a charity private hospital in Penang for 2 years. She has been exposed to various musculoskeletal, post surgical cases, stroke, post-operative heart condition patients. Jen is good at executing manual therapy in combination with exercise planning for musculoskeletal and geriatric cases. She is also specialized in dry needling therapy in targeting muscle knots & trigger points, it provides rapid relief, enhancing patient's recovery journey. Jen has conducted more than 5000 clinical hours of physiotherapy sessions and helped more than 500 patients in their rehabilitation and recovery journey.

The founders of Normed have proven their commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship by winning the Champion of 2021 Dream Factory, a start-up business pitching competition, with their idea for Malaysia’s first mobile physical therapy center.
This achievement demonstrates Normed’s dedication to creating a mobile physiotherapy service that is accessible to all, regardless of location or mobility issues. With this mobile center, patients will be able to receive top-quality care in the comfort of their own homes, without the need to travel to a clinic.

NORMED'S COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Normed has exemplified its commitment to social responsibility by conducting numerous CSR initiatives, offering free physiotherapy services to the residents of old folks homes, welfare centers, and temples, promoting better health and well-being within the community.
